How do I Register?

Here is a quick 6-step guide to registering:

1. Please read the following information in full;

2. Click 'Apply Now';

3. Fill out the booking form - make sure to log in to avail of the members rates;

4. Choose from one-day or two-day ticket options;

5. You will hear from us shortly with your receipt & event information;

6. If booking a non-member student ticket, ID will be required.

*If you wish to avail of AOTI member rates, you will need to login to the AOTI website to verify your membership. Upon submitting the registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation from the AOTI within three working days.

How do I Pay?

Registration fees are paid in Euro and will be paid via credit or debit card. At the end of the registration page, you will be prompted to click submit and proceed to payment.  

What does my Registration Fee Include?

• Approximately 60 oral Presentations from both clinical practice and research showcasing innovation and best practice in areas such as paediatrics, mental health, palliative care, dementia, stroke care and postural management;

Group Bookings are Possible by Invoice

• Full payment is required by 25 September or delegates will not be admitted.

• It's the responsibility of whoever is booking to have all their staff registrant details correct, especially the emails they wish conference information to go to.

• Minimum amount per invoice: €400 

• Admin Fee: payment by credit card €30

• Admin Fee: payment by bank transfer €50

What Happens if I need to Cancel? Will I get a Refund?

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to [email protected]

*** All refunds will be made after the Conference & will be subject to a €30.00 handling fee. 

• Cancellations received on or before Friday 16th August 2025 – full refund***

• Cancellations received between Saturday 17th August 2025 and Friday 30th August 2025 inclusive – 50% refund***

• Cancellations received after Friday 30th August 2025 – no refund will be made but name changes will be accepted in writing at any time.
