Exciting Opportunity: Interuniversity Occupational Therapy Practice Education Training

The Practice Education Teams at TCD; UCG, UCC and UL are delighted to announce the dates for the Interuniversity Occupational Therapy Practice Education Training sessions! These highly anticipated training sessions will be held in February and August, perfectly timed to coincide with student placements. 

This training initiative has been collaboratively developed by the University of Galway, Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork, and the University of Limerick. It is designed to support therapists in preparing for student placements by offering valuable insights, practical skills, and comprehensive guidance on the main aspects of practice education. The goal is to enhance and support your role as a placement supervisor.

We encourage you to consider attending these training sessions as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunity. By participating, you'll be better equipped to support an Occupational Therapy student and contribute to nurturing the next generation of OTs entering our profession.
