The Irish Research Council have now opened the 2020 Call for the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme. The deadline for applications is 4pm on 31st October 2019, with results due at the end of March 2020.

The Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme offers scholarships for suitably qualified individuals to pursue a postgraduate degree in any discipline at an eligible HEI within Ireland. In addition, a number of targeted Scholarships are offered in collaboration with the IRC’s strategic funding partners.

To provide information and advice to students interested in applying to the IRC Postgraduate Scholarship Competition, UCC Research Support Services will hold a general Information Session on the Call.

Applicants who wish to avail of an optional application review by a Research Officer prior to submission, can email their applications to no later than 4pm on 16th October 2018

Due to the high number of applicants expected for this call, reviews will be limited, and will be granted on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.
