Impact of HSE Cyber Security Incident on Communication with Members

We are conscious of the very significant and challenging situation that the recent HSE cyber security incident is having on HSE services, including HSE email being inaccessible at this time. This is having a knock-on impact on our ability to communicate with members.
We would like to remind members who use a HSE email address for their AOTI membership that we are unable to communicate with you at this time. This is particularly important for members:
- Intending to participate in upcoming CPD events and courses or AG Study Days
- Whose membership is due for renewal
To assist with remedying this, we would ask all members using a HSE email address to log into their profile and update their email contact details on their member dashboard. You do not need access to your email to do this. You also do not need access to your elose defmail to renew your membership in your dashboard. We would like to remind members that if your membership lapses, you will permanently lose access to any information you have recorded in your CPD portfolio.
