AOTI Strategy 2024-2029
Launched at Annual Conference
We are delighted to launch AOTI Strategy 2024 -2029 today. This is an ambitious and forward-looking roadmap that will guide AOTI for the next five years.
The strategy recognises and reflects the evolving landscape in which Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants work. We have identified 5 strategic priorities in the new strategy. By supporting our members, amplifying our voice, engaging our members, empowering the profession and collaborating with stakeholders, we can effectively address identified areas for development and further strengthen our role in serving, promoting and representing Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants in the Republic of Ireland.
We look forward to working alongside our members, colleagues and stakeholders in the coming years to achieve the strategic priorities aligned with our mission, vison and values, as outlined in the strategy.
Sincere thanks to the hardworking members of the Strategy Working Group that consisted of the CEO, representatives of the Board of Directors, the Management Team, Advisory Groups and staff for their work on developing the strategy. Implementation of the strategy will be overseen by the Board of Directors and the CEO.
