Not long to go until #OTweek 2023 kicks off!
This year the AOTI Management Team chose to adopt the WFOT theme for World Occupational Therapy Day which takes place during OT Week on 27th October. This year’s theme is Occupational Therapy: Unity through Community.
The theme of Unity Through Community promotes our role in working together with others to facilitate occupational participation and community engagement. As a profession, we also collaborate with many groups and communities for the benefit of individuals and society.
OT Week is a great opportunity to recognise and promote the important and unique contribution of Occupational Therapy and we would like to encourage all members of the profession to engage in this campaign.
AOTI is looking forward to celebrating Occupational Therapy practice all around Ireland and the unique and valuable contribution that Occupational Therapists make every day. We have prepared a social media campaign for OT Week which we will roll out across Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn – keep an eye out!
Please use OT Week 2023 as an opportunity to showcase and celebrate individual and service level Occupational Therapy practice under the theme of Occupational Therapy: Unity through Community.
