WFOT is pleased to announce the launch of the Global Thread, a new podcast series exploring the ideas, innovations, experiences and diverse perspectives shaping the occupational therapy profession around the world. WFOT also is introducing a new online course on the topic of ‘Advocacy in Occupational Therapy’ that explores why advocacy matters for occupational therapy and how to analyse advocacy issues, develop strategic advocacy plans, engage stakeholders, communicate effectively and evaluate outcomes. The course is available at no cost on the WFOT Learning Platform and features readings, videos, case studies and learning exercises.
