The AOTI Conference 2026 will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Cork on October 1-2, 2026!
This is the largest annual gathering of Occupational Therapists in Ireland, bringing together practitioners, researchers, educators and students from across the profession.

What is the AOTI Conference all about?
The AOTI Annual Conference is the organisation’s flagship professional event. Its purpose is to support high-quality continuing professional development and to strengthen Occupational Therapy practice through the sharing of knowledge, evidence and experience from across Ireland and internationally.
The conference provides a dedicated professional forum for practitioners, researchers, educators and students to engage in learning, critical discussion and peer exchange. It supports delegates to reflect on practice, explore emerging developments and build connections across the profession.
Delegates benefit from a range of keynote speakers, oral presentations, posters and workshops, all designed to contribute to professional learning and the advancement of Occupational Therapy practice.
Presenter Information - Poster Spotlights
A specific time is allotted in the conference timetable for poster presentation viewing across the two days, 1st and 2nd October. This time slot is designated as ‘poster spotlight’, and each presenter will be allocated to a specific poster spotlight slot in the programme where you will have time (approx. 3 minutes with 2 minutes for questions) to present on your work and discuss your findings with delegates. No need to worry about transporting your poster from A to B - we will have your poster displayed via the projector in your assigned poster spotlight room, while your physical poster remains in the communal area.
Presenters are expected to be in the room where their poster spotlight will take place as per the programme. This is often a fantastic informal opportunity to discuss your project with interested others, develop networks and mingle with other poster presenters. To secure your spot, please upload your accepted poster to Oxford Abstracts by Sept 7th.
