AOTI CPD Portfolio
Members can now access this easy-to-use system for planning and documenting their CPD in line with CORU requirements
The new AOTI Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Portfolio has been developed to specifically meet the needs of our members. AOTI's role is to support members’ CPD by providing a range of learning opportunities and courses as well as a user-friendly CPD portfolio.
Our previous CPD portfolio was based on the old AOTI CPD points system which has now been revoked. As all practicing occupational therapists must now meet CORU’s CPD requirements, our focus has shifted from setting additional AOTI requirements to supporting our members to meet CORU’s CPD requirements. Therefore, we have designed this new portfolio to dovetail with CORU’s requirements.
This new CPD Portfolio was designed to assist you in the process of meeting CORU's CPD requirements by providing you with a useful and easy-to-use system for planning and documenting your CPD. By using the AOTI CPD Portfolio you can be confident that you have a robust CPD system in place that both supports your ongoing learning and provides you with a comprehensive record of this learning. It is based on 3 key steps to follow during each CORU CPD cycle, which are:
- Familiarise yourself with CORU’s CPD requirements
- Plan your CPD
- Record your CPD activity
The CPD Portfolio can be used on your desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device. However, if you are using it on your mobile device, we recommend you read it in landscape view (device sideways). If you are writing your personal learning plan or recording a CPD activity while on a mobile device, it is best to do this in portrait view (device upright).
To access your CPD Portfolio simply login and you will find it at the bottom of your Dashboard. Or you can find it by hovering over or clicking on your name at the top right of your screen.
