AOTI Guidelines on Return to Work in Private Practice during the COVID-19 Pandemic
In response to requests from members AOTI has produced new guidelines to assist decision-making on return to work during the COVID-19 pandemic
Following the publication of the Government’s Roadmap for Reopening Society & Business, AOTI received numerous queries from members in private practice seeking clarity on when they can return to work and in what phase of the Roadmap this can take place. While AOTI is unable to advise a specific service or practitioner on when or how they can reopen their service, the AOTI Management Team recognised that members were seeking assistance with making such decisions.
The Management Team therefore established a working group in partnership with the Private Practice Advisory Group, to provide members with guidance on decision-making at this unprecedented time. I am happy to forward the output of the group's work to you; a new AOTI document called Guidelines on Return to Work in Private Practice during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I would like to thank the members of the working group for their work and for completing it in such a short period of time.
While the document has a particular emphasis on private practice it may also prove useful to members practicing in other contexts. We hope you will find the document helpful.
